The first few days of the new year are special. It is a time to ask yourself what you really want - how will you manifest this into your reality in 2019? It is a blank canvas, and you are the artist. Celebrate the sacredness of the new year by looking inward, setting your intentions, and nourishing the body. Join us for an evening of divine female energy, intention setting, meditation, vision board making, and Ayurvedic fare. 

Option 2 - Choosing to Evolve

with Charles Gaby, MA and Daniel Katsük

Close your eyes and tell me the things you see when I say your name. Drawing from yogic and native traditions, Charles and Daniel facilitate this interactive group process about owning or transforming the images we carry of ourselves.

The first dynamic in opening to the creative life is inspiration and vision. This workshop serves as a participatory vision quest to crack open new possibilities and clear the obstacles to your creative energy. The artist within will always find vision and inspiration when the channels of the heart are open.

An Introduction to My Leap Year

Come learn about this amazing year-long small group process and how it has enabled people to transform relationships and discover wellbeing and emotional freedom!  New groups start 1/10/19   Lunch included.

Creative Breakthroughs Part 2: The Art of Manifesting with Daniel Katsük and Charles Gaby

The second dynamic to creative living is manifesting your vision.  In this workshop we practice being where we want to be.  Being is more important than doing.  Learn the five things you need in order to create a space where vision becomes reality.  If you are tired of spending time on everything except your dreams this one’s for you!

Stalking the Root – Album Release and Live Performance of the musical guided meditation performed live by Katsük and Gaby. This hour long journey will help you connect with the inner fountain of your creative juices. Feel free to hang out after and connect with new friends!
